My neon addiction drove me to snatch up this pretty little summer dress as soon as I saw it on the rack at Target of all places! Isn't it wonderful? The colors and fun polka dot pattern put me in a happy, summery, lemonade-ish mood. Sweet!

I found these shoes at Goodwill, where they had gotten a big shipment of brand-new overstock that day. Luckily I found my size. So, this fabulous outfit of mine was just $23. Winner!
